Xyte Gives MSPs Command-Center Visibility Across Every Customer Environment
HOBOKEN, NJ – June 9, 2026 – Xyte, the AI-powered platform for managing connected workplace devices, today announced the launch of the Customer Dashboard, a new feature that gives managed service providers (MSPs) and integrators a real-time at-a-glance view of all their customer environments. Built for teams supporting multiple customer accounts, the dashboard helps service providers monitor room health, identify active issues, prioritize VIP spaces, and move from reactive troubleshooting to proactive service delivery.
As MSPs expand their customer base, support teams often need to monitor dozens of client accounts at once. Without a centralized view, identifying device issues, assessing account health, and coordinating the right response can require switching between individual customer accounts, slowing teams down and increasing the risk of reactive service delivery.
The Customer Dashboard is designed to simplify that workflow. From one unified view, MSPs can see the health status of each customer’s connected device ecosystem, identify accounts that need attention, and drill down into a specific room, space, or device. Teams can also be assigned to specific customer accounts, helping ensure that the right people are focused on the right environments.
“Today’s MSPs require a different kind of tooling,” said Johnny Bhonker, Director of Product at Xyte. “The Customer Dashboard gives MSPs and integrators an immediate operational view across every customer account they manage, helping them spot issues sooner, focus on the spaces that matter most, and deliver the proactive support experience teams need to operate connected workplace environments at scale.”
The feature is especially valuable for growing MSPs that need to maintain high service quality without increasing headcount at the same pace. By surfacing critical information at the portfolio level, the Customer Dashboard helps lean teams prioritize work, respond faster, and manage more customer accounts with greater confidence.
“Every integrator we talk to is looking for ways to do more with the same team,” said Andrew Gross, SVP of Sales at Xyte. “This feature helps them quickly understand where attention is needed, assign ownership, and act before a customer has to pick up the phone.”
Customer Dashboards are available now within the Xyte platform for all Connect+ integrator and MSP partners. Visit Xyte at InfoComm 2026, taking place at the Las Vegas Convention Center (Booth #C10307), to see how unified cloud management, remote monitoring, and AI-assisted support workflows can simplify enterprise AV and IT operations.
