Xyte Reports Record Quarter as Enterprise Demand Grows

HOBOKEN, NJ, October 28, 2026 – Xyte, the AI cloud platform for managing multi-vendor AV and workplace devices, today reported its largest quarter ever for new annual recurring revenue (ARR), fueled by enterprise demand. More system integrators than ever have also launched branded managed service platforms powered by Xyte.

The record quarter followed Xyte’s fiscal year ended June 30, 2026, when annual recurring revenue increased 122% year over year. Enterprise and enterprise-led activity accounted for 90% of new business in the quarter ended September 30, as organizations turned to Xyte to manage workplace technology across vendors and sites.

The company also announced the appointment of Andrew Gross as Chief Executive Officer. Omer Brookstein has assumed the role of Executive Chairman.

Gross spent the past five years building and leading Xyte’s global go-to-market team, with responsibility for commercial planning and revenue. He now leads day-to-day execution from Xyte’s headquarters in Hoboken, New Jersey.

Brookstein continues to support Xyte’s long-term strategy, board and key relationships. “Andrew’s vision builds on the opportunity ahead: helping enterprises and dealers put AI to work across their connected technology,” said Brookstein. “I couldn’t be more excited to continue working alongside Andrew as he leads the company into its next chapter.”

“We have an opportunity to grow Xyte exponentially by helping our customers expand what they can do with connected technology,” said Gross. “I’m excited to pursue that through three main initiatives: broader device support, integrations with enterprise AI agents, and more tools for dealers to deliver managed services. As enterprises expand their deployments and dealers build recurring revenue, there’s no question Xyte will be the platform they scale with.”

Xyte recently sponsored rAVe’s AV Cloud Summit Fall 2026, which featured participants from OpenAI and UC Berkeley alongside AV service providers. The session, “AI, Meet the AV Fleet: From Answers to Approved Action,” explored the practical use of AI in AV operations.
