Xyte Adds ShureCloud Connector for Centralized Monitoring and Management of Shure Devices
Hoboken, NJ – June 15, 2026 — Xyte, the AI-powered platform for managing connected workplace devices, today announced the launch of its new ShureCloud cloud-to-cloud connector, enabling organizations to import and manage Shure devices directly in Xyte for centralized visibility and control across deployments.
Now available in beta, Xyte’s new connector for ShureCloud is available for Xyte Connect+ customers, with ShureCloud access enabled to allow IT and AV teams to bring supported Shure devices into their Xyte environments. Built by Xyte using the newly released ShureCloud APIs, the connector enables secure, cloud-to-cloud integration, extending Shure device management capabilities into the Xyte platform without requiring additional on-prem infrastructure.
Both Xyte and Shure will demonstrate the integration at InfoComm 2026 next week; Xyte in booth C10307 and Shure in booth C9018.
Once connected, teams can automatically synchronize supported Shure devices and gain unified visibility into Shure device inventory and key device details, including serial number, MAC address, IP address, network information, and supported capabilities, and can remotely reboot supported Shure devices through Xyte. As the integration evolves, Xyte expects to surface additional telemetry from ShureCloud, including battery level and charging status, with future roadmap support for expanding remote management capabilities such as mute, volume control, and firmware updates.
Together, these capabilities are designed to help teams streamline common support workflows and resolve issues faster from a single operational interface.
“As organizations continue to scale AV and collaboration technology across distributed locations, cloud-to-cloud integrations are becoming essential,” said Omer Brookstein, CEO and co-founder of Xyte. “Our ShureCloud connector gives teams a simple way to bring Shure devices into Xyte, monitor their health, and take action alongside the rest of their connected workplace ecosystem.”
The new connector for ShureCloud expands Xyte’s growing ecosystem of cloud-to-cloud integrations designed to unify device management across leading workplace technology platforms. For customers already using Xyte Edge with Shure devices, the new connector offers an additional deployment option, particularly for distributed environments where a direct cloud import can reduce the need for local edge installations.
By centralizing Shure device data and controls in Xyte, enterprises and service providers can improve operational visibility, reduce tool switching, and support connected workplaces at scale.
Visit Xyte at InfoComm 2026, taking place at the Las Vegas Convention Center (Booth #C10307), to see how unified cloud management, remote monitoring, and AI-assisted support workflows can simplify enterprise AV and IT operations.
