Panasonic Projector Owners Can Now Extend Warranty Coverage Directly in Xyte

HOBOKEN, NJ – November 4, 2026 — Xyte, the AI-powered platform for managing connected workplace devices, today announced that Panasonic projector owners can purchase extended warranties through MEVIX Cloud Marketplace on Xyte. The offering extends standard coverage to five years total from the original purchase date and adds a projector loaner service for the same period.

Purchasing an extended warranty traditionally required customers to locate their projector’s serial number and submit purchase information to Panasonic. Xyte simplifies the process by capturing serial numbers within the platform.

“Customers shouldn’t have to dig up serial numbers or usage data. With Xyte, that information is already there, and purchase time falls from a week to two to three days,” said Petro Shimonishi, Director of New Business Development, Panasonic Projector & Display Americas.

“Bringing device management and services together creates value long after the initial hardware sale,” said Andrew Gross, CEO of Xyte. “Panasonic is putting that into practice, making it easier for projector owners to protect their investment through the same platform they use to manage their devices.”

Administrators purchase coverage through MEVIX Cloud Marketplace. Once validated by Panasonic, the warranty appears on the device with its remaining coverage time and on the Contracts screen.

Coverage is available for eligible Panasonic projectors purchased in the United States and must be purchased within 180 days of the original projector purchase.
