Xyte Adds Cisco Control Hub Integration for Unified Device Monitoring
Mountain View, California – March 10, 2026 – Xyte, the AI-powered platform for managing connected workplace devices, today announced the launch of its new Cisco Control Hub cloud-to-cloud connector, enabling organizations to seamlessly bring their Cisco/Webex device fleets into the Xyte platform for centralized monitoring, analytics, and management.
IT and AV teams can automatically import and keep in sync a wide range of Cisco devices, including room and desk devices, cameras, voice gateways, and other Webex calling devices. Once connected, teams gain unified visibility into device inventory, firmware and configuration details, and real-time status across their Cisco fleet.
Beyond core device data, the connector delivers rich telemetry from Cisco environments, including call and media intelligence as well as room analytics. Users can monitor HDMI input status, camera tracking, microphone and volume state, connected peripheral health, and environmental metrics such as people count, temperature, and air quality, helping teams quickly identify issues, optimize room usage, and improve meeting experiences. The integration also enables teams to take action directly from Xyte, including remote rebooting of connected Cisco devices to restore service quickly without switching between management tools.
“Most organizations today manage collaboration devices across multiple vendor platforms and consoles,” said Omer Brookstein, CEO and co-founder of Xyte. “Bringing Cisco Control Hub telemetry into Xyte gives teams one place to monitor device health, analyze usage, and take action across their environments.”
The Cisco Control Hub connector expands Xyte’s growing ecosystem of cloud-to-cloud integrations that unify device management across vendor platforms. By centralizing monitoring, analytics, and control in a single interface, Xyte enables enterprises and service providers to streamline operations, reduce downtime, and leverage AI-driven insights to support connected workplaces at scale.
