Logitech and Xyte partner to simplify monitoring and support for Logitech meeting room devices

Barcelona – Feb 5, 2026: Logitech and Xyte today announced a partnership to help IT teams, AV teams, and managed service providers monitor and support Logitech video collaboration devices through Xyte’s cloud platform.

With the integration, Logitech Sync and Xyte work together to give customers a single, cloud-based view of their Logitech device fleets. IT and AV teams can connect, monitor, and troubleshoot devices at scale—reducing manual checks and speeding up issue resolution across meeting rooms and locations.

“Logitech Sync is designed to give teams clear visibility into their meeting room environments,” said Sudeep Trivedi, Head of Strategy and Alliances at Logitech. “By integrating with Xyte, customers gain an additional layer of centralized monitoring and service workflows that help them manage Logitech devices more efficiently at scale.”

“Teams managing hundreds or thousands of rooms need more than dashboards—they need context and control in one place,” said Omer Brookstein, CEO and co-founder of Xyte. “Together with Logitech Sync, Xyte provides a single pane of glass to connect devices, monitor health, and troubleshoot issues across large, distributed environments.”

What the integration supports today

The integration between Logitech Sync and Xyte provides customers with a unified operational view of their Logitech deployments, including:

  • Device onboarding and visibility for supported Logitech room devices in the Xyte platform
  • Health status and fleet monitoring to help teams spot issues early
  • Inventory and firmware visibility to support consistent operations across sites
  • Service workflows that help teams triage issues and route follow-up actions

Planned support

Logitech and Xyte plan to expand support over time, based on customer demand and available device management interfaces, including additional device models and deeper operational telemetry.

Availability and access

As part of the partnership, Logitech is enabling no-cost access to relevant device management APIs used for the integration, helping customers and service providers reduce friction when connecting and managing devices.

See it at ISE 2026

At ISE 2026 in Barcelona, Xyte is demonstrating how Logitech Sync and Xyte work together to give teams a single operational view of connected devices—showing how issues can be detected, investigated, and resolved from one place. The integration will be featured at the Xyte booth (Stand 2B260).
