Legrand | AV and Xyte Unveil Multi-Vendor RackLink Cloud Platform with AI-Driven Automation

Minnetonka, MN & Mountain View, CA – February 2, 2026 Legrand | AV, a global leader in AV solutions, and Xyte, the first AI-powered device-management cloud platform, today jointly announced an expansion of Legrand | AV’s RackLink Cloud platform enabling broader support of third-party audiovisual (AV) and unified communication (UC) devices via Xyte’s Connect+ ecosystem. This next phase of collaboration will debut at Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) 2026, where the new multi-vendor capabilities will be on display at Legrand | AV’s booth (3L500) and Xyte’s booth (2B260).

Building on the long-standing collaboration between Legrand | AV and Xyte, including a 2025 initiative that connected multiple Legrand | AV product lines to the Xyte cloud, the RackLink Cloud is now evolving into a truly vendor-agnostic solution. Through Xyte’s Connect+ ecosystem, the industry’s first open, vendor-agnostic platform unifying AV, UC, and IT device management within a single cloud environment, RackLink Cloud users can monitor and control not only Legrand | AV devices but also a wide variety of third-party devices within a single interface. This unified, multi-vendor approach eliminates siloed monitoring tools by bringing disparate devices together under one infrastructure, helping reduce downtime, streamline workflows, and improve user experiences for enterprise customers and integrators.

RackLink Cloud is built on an open architecture that supports collaboration with multiple technology partners, ensuring customers benefit from flexibility, interoperability, and choice as cloud and AI capabilities continue to evolve. This approach reflects Legrand | AV’s broader commitment to open ecosystems, interoperability, and customer-driven innovation.

The expanded RackLink Cloud also introduces a range of new capabilities to drive smarter, more proactive operations. Key new features include:

  • Multi-vendor device support: Users can seamlessly integrate and manage devices from numerous third-party AV and UC manufacturers alongside Legrand | AV’s own products through a centralized cloud dashboard. This cross-brand support is enabled by Xyte’s open Connect+ architecture, allowing a “single pane of glass” view of mixed device fleets to simplify management and unify device orchestration.
  • Intuitive workflow automation: Administrators can design and deploy automated workflows for routine tasks and device events with ease. From scheduling system power cycles to triggering alerts or remedial actions when certain conditions are detected, RackLink Cloud’s automation tools help eliminate manual processes and ensure consistent, efficient operations.
  • Enhanced analytics: New data reporting and analytics tools provide deeper insight into device performance, usage patterns, and system health. Real-time and historical data visualizations enable IT and AV teams to make data-driven decisions that improve reliability and optimize energy usage. These analytics enhancements give organizations greater visibility into their AV/IT ecosystems to support continuous improvement.
  • AI Teammate features: RackLink Cloud now embeds Xyte’s AI Teammate virtual assistant delivering context-aware recommendations and guided diagnostics. These tools help technicians identify potential issues earlier, streamline troubleshooting, and proactively maintain system performance, significantly reducing downtime.

Together, these enhancements make RackLink Cloud a more powerful, AI-driven platform for managing AV and UC technology across diverse environments. Legrand | AV’s customers, resellers, and integration partners gain the ability to support multi-brand systems with greater intelligence and automation, building on previously introduced capabilities like predictive maintenance and remote service workflows.

“Legrand | AV has always focused on delivering integrated technologies that simplify our customers’ experiences,” said Pam Hoppel, President of Legrand | AV. “Expanding RackLink Cloud with Xyte’s vendor-agnostic platform allows our partners and end users to manage diverse AV and UC environments through a single, intelligent platform. By expanding automation and AI-enabled insights, we’re helping our partners streamline operations, improve uptime, and adapt as technology continues to evolve.”

“We’re excited to deepen our collaboration with Legrand | AV to drive the industry forward,” said Omer Brookstein, CEO and cofounder of Xyte. “Legrand | AV’s RackLink Cloud is now a stellar example of how an open, intelligent ecosystem can transform device management. By enabling cross-brand integration and AI-powered automation, together we’re delivering on our vision of a connected AV/UC environment where integrators and enterprises can seamlessly monitor and manage all their devices on a single platform. This joint initiative showcases how two industry leaders working together can create measurable value and success for customers worldwide.”

This next phase of collaboration underscores both companies’ shared focus on innovation, interoperability, and customer success, as they deliver smarter, more integrated solutions for the professional AV industry. The announcement is being released jointly by Legrand | AV and Xyte ahead of ISE 2026.
