Xyte Announces Leadership Appointments: Matt Stone Joins as VP of Marketing; Andrew Gross Promoted to SVP of Sales
Mountain View, CA – September 29, 2025 – Xyte, developer of the first AI-powered cloud platform to connect, orchestrate, monitor, and troubleshoot connected devices at scale, today announced two senior leadership appointments to accelerate its next phase of growth.
Matt Stone has joined Xyte as Vice President of Marketing, bringing over 20 years of SaaS and technology marketing experience. In addition, Andrew Gross has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Sales and U.S. General Manager, recognizing his instrumental role in scaling Xyte’s commercial operations.
Matt Stone, VP of Marketing
Stone will lead Xyte’s global marketing strategy, brand development, and demand generation programs. He joins from EverChain, where he served as Chief Marketing Officer and drove double-digit growth through ABM and digital campaigns. Previously, he was SVP of Marketing at Verisk Marketing Solutions, where his team generated nearly half of the annual sales pipeline for the Fortune 500 data provider. Stone has also held executive roles at Photon, 1E, and Real Capital Analytics.
“What excites me about Xyte is the ability to bring real benefits to end users – giving them visibility, efficiency, and peace of mind in how their devices work. At the same time, we’re helping manufacturers and service providers deliver more value, faster. With Xyte’s use of AI to unlock smarter device management, that story becomes even more compelling,” said Stone.
Andrew Gross, SVP of Sales and U.S. General Manager
Gross, who joined Xyte in 2022 as the company’s first U.S. hire, has been instrumental in expanding its presence across the Americas and positioning Xyte as the leader in single-pane-of-glass device management. He has scaled the commercial team from zero to multimillion-dollar ARR, built a qualified pipeline in the tens of millions, and led industry adoption of recurring HaaS revenue models. His leadership helped Xyte secure over $40 million in funding from Intel Capital, Samsung Next, BlackRock, and S-Capital.
Prior to Xyte, Gross spent a decade at Crestron Electronics, where he launched the global UC&C team and drove a 30x revenue increase for Microsoft Teams and Zoom Rooms solutions.
“Being part of Xyte’s journey from early idea to global momentum has been incredibly rewarding. I’m proud of the team we’ve built, and I’m excited to continue driving growth as we scale across markets and bring more AI-driven automation into the way our customers manage and support their infrastructure,” said Gross.
Accelerating Growth in AV/IT
With these leadership appointments, Xyte strengthens its position as the platform of choice for the world’s top device manufacturers, resellers, and managed service providers — starting with AV, and already expanding into building, lighting, and other adjacent markets. By embedding AI directly into its platform, Xyte is enabling predictive insights, smarter support, and new monetization models that help partners reduce downtime, improve user experiences, and scale operations efficiently.
“Matt and Andrew bring the experience and vision we need as Xyte enters its next stage of growth,” said Omer Brookstein, CEO and co-founder of Xyte. “Their leadership will help us scale globally while continuing to innovate with AI to better serve our partners and customers.”
