2025: A Year of Growth and Innovation
2025 was a pivotal year for Xyte, and as we head into an exciting 2026, I wanted to take a moment to share with all of you some of the significant milestones we achieved together and the growth we’ve seen as a result.
A bigger ecosystem, working as one
Less than a year ago, we launched a comprehensive solution for the entire ecosystem, connecting device manufacturers, dealers, integrators, Managed Service Providers, and in-house AV and IT teams on a single collaborative cloud platform. Today, Xyte is the fastest-growing ecosystem in the industry, with more than 445% growth in devices under management and nearly 300% growth in connected organizations.
The bigger story is ecosystem growth: deeper partnerships, a larger team, and continued innovation. Xyte is now the de facto standard for cloud-based device and asset orchestration, trusted by Fortune 500s, educational institutions, leading global retailers, MSPs, and businesses worldwide seeking a true single-pane-of-glass platform.
We’ve seen a broad shift in the industry this past year towards a model that is connected, agnostic, automated, and AI-first. To further support this transition, Xyte co-founded OpenAV Cloud alongside leading industry partners. The association is focused on ensuring the long-term success of our industry through shared standards and best practices. After 25+ years in this space, I see OpenAV Cloud representing a significant opportunity for the industry to finally align and bring AV closer to the maturity of IT. We’ll soon be announcing a new membership opportunity for system integrators and service providers to join the initiative.
From “cloud-ready” to “AI-first”
Xyte’s mission has always been to help manufacturers and their customers bridge physical devices with modern cloud technologies. With the rise of AI, and particularly agentic AI, that opportunity has scaled dramatically. AI is fundamentally changing how we work, and this year, we transformed Xyte into the first AI orchestration platform in our industry.
AI is not about adding a chatbot to an app. It is built on data and real-time context, without which it delivers little value. AI is now embedded across the Xyte platform to improve productivity and automation, from analyzing operational data and supporting purchasing decisions to improving how teams support customers and internal stakeholders.
In 2026, we will continue expanding these foundations. New AI-based capabilities will build on Xyte’s native data collaboration layer, introducing more agentic and autonomous ways to manage and monitor device fleets.
Access to data remains one of our core commitments to partners, a point discussed extensively at the recent AV Cloud Summit, and it is a core layer of our agentic AI Teammate, which is already seeing strong adoption among early beta users and is scheduled to reach general availability next month.
Finally, we believe device orchestration and monitoring should be accessible to everyone, from large enterprises to K-12, hospitality, and nonprofit organizations. To support this, we’ve introduced a free tier, allowing any organization to connect and monitor their device fleet at no cost.
Thank you for being part of this journey. I am grateful for the conversations, the candid feedback, and the trust so many of you place in our team. Xyte has always been a pioneer in AV, and we carry that responsibility proudly, especially as AI reshapes how our industry operates. We are excited to keep pushing forward and moving the entire ecosystem ahead, together.
If anything here does not match your experience, hit reply and tell me. I read every message.
Warm wishes to you and your team this season,
